alan . what u upto ha ha :)

you building summut same as mine ? or meatier ?

like i said i reckon you need c90 bottom end , atc 4 speed box . and a z50r kick start spline ? and a 110 head and barrell and to open your cases up a little

however if youve got something else in mind all that wont help :)

good luck in your search ...

more info :

You can get Atc 4 speed box in cub 90 cases, and fit a chinky cast barrel 50mm, put in honda rings and piston and fit e22 head, just increase your service time, or use domed piston and matched head and standard barrel . Fit heavy duty clutch springs in standard semi clutch. job done :-).

Stock C90 barrel can be bored out to 50mm takeing it to 98cc.
ATC70/S65 and later Z50 and i think crf50 4 speed gearbox can be made to fit ok you just need the right kickstart for the ATC box.
you can also fit CT70 and SS50 4 speed boxes but the kickstart and first gear can go if fitted to bigger engines.
