all got hear thanks. now, top seems fine. how ever the bottom one. where the cover goes on it just sits straight on the frame head. and the bearing is then rattling about inside. so just looking on this picture. i am maybe missing part 10. a washer. dust seal washer. (no tthe dust seal its self. perhaps this would take up the slack.
thing is of cause i am fitting bike yoke to the frame. (so any of you that have done the cg or copy or suzi yoke and fork conversion. (i could sure use some input about now. to get round this.

shaggy has just laid a revelation on me. number 6 are these nocked into the frame one each top and bottom. then in the go the bearings then the cones, if this is right, that is quite possibly where i am going wrong. :oops:
