I'm not sure what it's called it goes from the front wheel there are 2 nuts on the forks that bar goes to the front wheel nuts.

The actual supension arms? They're generally known as leading links. Different parts left & right.

i think he means the brake-plate arm , the arm that stops the brake plate from revolving when you apply the front brake
