Well, that cover looks very promising.
So you want my opinion... I guess?

You might need a new clutch cover gasket before you start?????
Fit the cover, wiggle it on, make sure the operating arm is correct( pointing to the centre).
Don't force anything. Nip the 8mm bolts up.
DO NOT FIRE UP ENGINE AT THIS POINT!!

Fit kick starter back on to splines and fully tighten clamp bolt.
Adjust clutch screw and lock with nut.
Should have 'o' ring under washer
Ok, don't even have key in ignition switch.

Operate kickstarter slowly and listen for unusual noises ( rubbing / scrapping / metallic ).
If all good....... go for rapid kick overs to check.

Select 1st ( one down) pedal should return to level position and not stick.
Outside your house etc., sit on bike and select a gear and keep pedal pushed down.... you should be able to gently roll bike forward like it's in neutral. When pedal released..... back wheel should lock up in gear.
If all well.... oil up to max on stick..... and fire up.... listening for sounds (rubbing etc.).
Loosen off clutch nut (keep screw slot in same position) and oil should oouse out. Tighten up locknut.

Then loosen off head stud nut (lower left looking from front of bike) on tick over... oil should oouse out of here at a steady rate too! Tighten up nut.
IF OIL DOES NOT OOUSE OUT.... ENGINE OFF IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!
If in doubt don't run engine. You got a running engine... all you need is a cover!
