I need inner tube and rim tape for a 3.00 tyre in sheffield.

I'm trying to find a garage or somewhere I can pick up a 17 / 3.00 thats not far from Walkey area. This puncture has left me stranded at a friends. Could do with a set of irons and a pump of some sort too but I don't want to spend more than £5.25 if you know what I'm sayin. I'm already set on getting the bike to a 50p garage pump and doing the swap there.
