I remember using a courier compare site about four years ago for a quote and as the days went by without me using any of them they started contacting me with lowerxand lower prices.

didn't a member work for a firm in Salisbury deliver bikes a few years ago , cant remember who it was now but they delivered a t80 to me

Ah that's the one I was on about.
You're right. Different companies bid for the work.
As I previously mentioned, don't accept the cheapest straight away. As the days go by they come back to you with even lower prices.
