I have bought a 1965 C100 in bits with which I am going to fit a Lifan 110 and complete 12v system, but keep it looking something near to original. So far, I am missing:
Full 12v loom and all electrical items.
C100 fork internals inc shocks (same as C90?)
C90 front wheel and brake plate.
C90 rear sprocket carrier.
C100 front and rear lights plus all indicators.
Main stand and brake lever. (Same as C90?)
There will be lots more as I go along I'm sure....
Thanks in advance, Bill

Are you intending fitting a 12v 90 wheel into the C100 frame and swing arm?
The rear shocks are very specific as they fit inside the swingarm.....
It's actually easier to make your own loom than adapt something that doesn't fit, start with a pit bike ignition loom.

Re: Various C90 and C100 bits wanted
I was hoping to fit 12v wheels front and rear, as I have both with the brake plates. I do have the original c100 wheels but no brake plates for either. Any issue with this?
I have a set of rear shocks, not sure how good they are and didn't realise they were fitted on the inside. There is a set of new ones in the boxes but not tried them yet.
As regards a loom, I was hoping to use the whole lot from a 12v including the switch gear, CDI and rectifier, assuming that was easiest....
I'm at the point of working out what to do, so all your input is gratefully received!

I've never tried fitting 12v wheels so your breaking new ground there - I suspect the speedo gearbox drives may differ.
The rear wheel - watch out for spacer differences and the sprocket carrier hollow axle as well.
If you have new C100 shocks then - wow! they have a small screw near the top to allow you to add 2cc of oil a year.
Front link bushes are specific and unobtanium in the UK (Thai kits are available but of iffy quality - same for shocks).
The seat is specific to fit the tiny 3 litre tank (although you can swap both for the bigger 70 or 90 tank and seat (very worthwhile if you intend using to for club runs)
12v switchgear won't fit easily - you will need to adapt the bar ends, but this will give you a much better throttle twist grip.
Best of luck

Is that yours in the photo Dave?
I will start a rebuild thread and update as I go along.
