C90 rubber

Post by Wellingborough65 » Fri Mar 24, 2017 4:37 pm

Hi I'm looking for a 12v c90 carb intake manifold and also the black rubber seal for the wiring that sits in the top of the left casing/mag cover that stops water ingress into the mag. Thanks Stefan

There are 2 types, depends on the age of your motor (specifically the head). Early types have thin flanges on the manifold & carb and a bigger port size, later have thick flanges and captive nuts on the carb and a smaller port size in the head.

Thanks for your reply Dave the manifold is for a L50c I've fitted with a new lifan 110 manual box and the manifold supplied with it will not fit so I think after looking at my 86' 12 v this is the manifold that I need?

Sorry Dave it's a c50 L not a L50c.

The Lifan 110 has the same port size as the early 12v C90 so ideally you need the thin flange manifold.

Either carb will do - just don't try the 50 version :)

Thanks for your reply Dave sorry about the delay in replying back (I've been away) but does anyone know if I could get a new thinner flange inlet manifold or will I have to wait to find a used one?
