C90 Screen Mount Wanted - Look at Pic!

Ok Im looking for the adaptor and not the ruler.

I presume the hole we're looking into is where the mirror screws in? Is it a normal thread or left handed?
I'm thinking if you REALLY get stuck I could probably fabricate something to get you by. I'm thinking square block, drilled & threaded, bolt Loctited in & head cut off to go through the fairing, then drill & tap for the mirror, but I don't have L/Handed taps so you would have to use an adapter, these are readily available.
I don't have a lathe or could do a proper job! Let me know how urgent it is, & I'll get fettling! (any excuse to avoid that nasty four lettered word, WORK!)

Sorry Jim I cant find anything like this sold separately.

We can a pattern screen in stock complete with fittings for £39.99 inc vat or if the thread has gone inside the mounting I could order a handlebar mirror adaptor @ £9.99 inc vat and this may solve the problem.

Cheers Jim, I possibly maybe able to get this part this week but If I get stuck I may take you up on your offer though. The thread is 8mm and that goes into the mirror socket on handlebar, the hole through the middle takes the screen bracket/dowels, the mirror then screws into the opposite end which cannot be seen in pic but is a drilled 8mm thread.

Oh, I get you Tony! Its like a fat 45mm long mirror extension with a hole through. What Dia is the hole?

That drilled hole is 8mm aswell. The guy who gave me the screen only found one of those mounting bolts (pictured). Im sure it wouldnt be hard to machine up a matching pair of these! Other than the 8mm thread bolt and 8mm drilled hole (opp end) the drilled hole through the middle could be repositioned anywhere convenient. It just has a flattened area to accomodate the nut which screws up onto the screen mounting dowel which passes through that hole. Will keep you posted how I get on this week locating the replacement (hopefully/IF)!!

Hello Newtsalad, May have to take you up on the offer of a couple of these mounts if you think you could knock something up cheap enough, I say this because that guy let me down locally and I know you do see them turn up occassionally on the net, its just I manage to miss them.
