HELP! few parts needed for a c90T cub electric start

hi guys i wonder if anyone can help me out? i need a few parts for a honda c90T model 1998 electric start

A set of clocks
ignition with keys
i also need new handle bars and the bit that bolts into it??? The handle bars go slighty to the right when the wheel is straight. sorry im not very clear, i need these bits to repair my poor c90 that someone tryed to steal!!

Jodie, I reckon the bars will probably bend back, and it's probably not the actual bars bent, just the fixings have 'given' a bit. Try standing at the front, gripping the front wheel with your legs, and twisting the bars back.
